Different types of charge controller

     Solar charge controller-யை பயன்படுத்தி  Batteryயை properly Charging செய்யப்படுகிறது.

Different types of Solar Charge Controller:

        1.PMM (Pulse Width Modulation) Charge Controller

         2.MPPT ( Maximum Power Point Tracker) charge controller

1.PWM Solar Charge Controller:

        PWM - Pulse Width Modulation
        இந்த method-யில் battaey-யை மிகவும் நம்பகத்தன்மையாக Constant Voltage, switching Solar Current charging.
        Constant Voltage - இதில் Solar is equal into Battery voltage.

        இதன் மூலமாக எப்பொழுது Batteryயின் Voltage குறைகிறதோ அப்பொழுது, solar Voltage and current switching செய்து battery charge செய்யப்படுகிறது
        இந்த Charging method-யில் Constant Voltage method காரணமாக, Battery-யின் Voltage-யை விட Solar Voltage சிறிது தான் அதிகமாக இருக்கும்.
         எனவே இந்த method சிறிய applicationக்கு சிறப்பாக செயல்படுகின்றன.

2.MPPT Solar Charge Controller:

         MPPT - Maximum Power Point Tracking
         இந்த methodயின் பெயர்க்கு ஏற்றவாறு Solar Powerயை Maximum Powerயை tracking செய்து Solar DCயை Electronics DC converterயை பயன்படுத்தி Solar array (PV Module)க்கும் battery bank or On-Gridக்கும் இடையே optimizing செய்யப்பட்டு match செய்யப்படுகிறது.

           இதில் Solar Arrayயில் higher Voltage யை suitable lower voltageஆக step down செய்யப்பட்டு Batteryயை charge செய்யபடுகிறது.
